This cactus that floated up to me a couple days ago at the Dolphin dock.

The probiotic that Michael gave me. It's my second day of it.

Last night I actually felt that knot I've had in my sigmoid colon (or fallopian tubes) for years move around in a really pleasant way) and then my period started.

For inner space and time and calmness.

For Al asking for help for his terrible headache. For him liking shopping so that maybe/hopefully the shopping can take his mind off of it just a tad.
