I am grateful for #dailydelights:

For doing a birthday swim for Shannon off of the west side of Pier 45 with Jim, Ned, Nancy and Wei Wei.

For seeing a rookery of great blue herons on the rocks on our way towards the Eureka.

For their primal prehistoric low bellowing squaks.

For leaning back on Jim at the Blue Mermaid, having him hold me and ask me 'how is my swim wife?'.

Oh - and a weird one: for dipping into a zodiac site and reading a May 22 page that matched me very very well.

Finally: for walking back before dinner to pick up all our shoes and coverings, and experiencing the chimes of the Sailors' Chapel that Lisa had told me about so long ago. It brought her back to life just a little.

Also grateful for being able to microdose on seroquel as I am feeling like my social world and output has really grown into a big hub of activity. Grateful for a breather and a good night.
