These are the Tire Alligator Chronicles.
A few years ago I saw a photograph of the the work of a Swedish sculptor, Eric Langert, on the internet: tire alligators, and fell in love with them. My best friend listened... and this year for my birthday he gave me a tire so we could start building a tire alligator of our own!
