Pirouette on the Rocks
Long story short --> the surf was working to smash us into the rock embankment as we returned. Both of us succeeded in getting out of the water just fine (thanks to the magic stair-stepped rock). But 30 seconds after --> I did a lovely tuck-and-roll sumersault and got smacked into a slippery, half-submerged salt-water rock trough.
