Jim brought amazing lettuce wraps inspired by Laotian and Thai cooking.
The eight boxes contain: pickled onions, coconut, peanuts, sausage bits, roasted sweet potatoes, ginger, mint and limes.
The serving bowls were made of pressed leaves, so they were environmentally friendly: if the bowl flew away, it was just some yard waste. And the serving spoons were made of little bamboo sticks. He brought two sauces, and it was really delicious.
