Gas prices
The only downside -- gas prices were sky high! $4.99 for regular, $5.05 for Special and $5.19 for Super. Apparently, prices fell about 40 cents per gallon earlier this year. I suppose it's a seasonal area, and there probably aren't a lot of gas stations around.
