For Fran calling me yesterday and my mom talking to me and saying: do outcome based behavior: do what feels like you want from your relationship with Jim. Feels good to me too. A few days ago it was nice to swim with him.
Also grateful for the probiotic.
Grateful for not being hot under the collar during my round-the-bay drive yesterday. Less grateful for being passive aggressive with Al and wanting immediate thanks upon arrival (setting wrong expectations).
